Your AI Agent Just Designed Its Own Face (And Changed My Dashboard Without Asking)

A demo of how I gave my OpenClaw agent the ability to generate and persist its own visual identity. The agent uses Gemini image generation to create a self-portrait based on its personality, saves the image path to its identity files, and can now reference itself visually in documents, emails, and reports. I’ll show the workflow, the file structure (SOUL.md, IDENTITY.md), and the moment I realized my agent had changed its own dashboard avatar without my input.
