See how an AI agent designed its own face using Gemini, saved it, and updated its dashboard avatar unexpectedly. Explore the workflow, file structure, and implications of agent autonomy.
A demo of how I gave my OpenClaw agent the ability to generate and persist its own visual identity. The agent uses Gemini image generation to create a self-portrait based on its personality, saves the image path to its identity files, and can now reference itself visually in documents, emails, and reports. I’ll show the workflow, the file structure (SOUL.md,
IDENTITY.md), and the moment I realized my agent had changed its own dashboard avatar without my input.
